DESCRIPTION OF THE DATA

This dataset contains:

	> Each file contains the necessary data to extract distance-time information from a nitromethane cylinder test.

	> The number at the start of the file name corresponds to the "test number" and allows data gathered from
	the same test firing to be compared.

	> The filename succeeding the test number indicates the measurement technique used to gather the data.
	All folders contain a "Data.dat" file, which contains the measurement data. Most folders also
	contain another dataset that can be used to calibrate the data.

	> Each measurement technique requires a different calibration technique and contains different 
	calibration data.


Measurement Techniques:

	Uniform > Data recorded using the UFBG technique.
		> Contains simulated data for calibration.

	Chirped > Data recorded using the CFBG technique.
		> Contains grating spectral data for calibration.
		> The probe length is given in the spectrum filename.

	Active  > Data recorded using I-12 Fibrecore Erbium fibre.
		> The data can be calibrated from the probe length alone.
		> The probe length is given in the data filename.

	PDV     > Data recorded using the PDV technique.
		> Contains data which has been integrated to give
		distance-time data.
